When you receive your offer to study with us, you will be allocated a home campus of either the University of Hull or the University of York, where you will be based for the first two years of your programme.
Campuses are allocated to offer holders by a random allocation process.
Both campuses offer a vibrant student experience and a supportive environment in which to study and live. You will follow the same curriculum and obtain the same level of expertise and skills from academics, clinicians, and tutors.
From the third year of the Medicine programme, you will be on clinical placement at sites across our region, which may include Hull, York, Scarborough, Northallerton, Middlesbrough, Scunthorpe and Grimsby. Each year, you will be allocated a clinical base site at either Hull or York, where you will be expected to maintain independent accommodation.
You will also have placements away from your base site, but support is available when additional accommodation is required so that you don't have to bear the cost of maintaining two sets of accommodation.
