Creating Connections Palliative Care Conference

Creating Connections Palliative Care Conference is an annual event open to all​ with an interest in palliative care for people with advanced and chronic illnesses.

Organised by the Wolfson Palliative Care Research Centre at the University of Hull, and the Centre for Improving Palliative, Aged and Chronic Care through Clinical Research and Translation (IMPACCT) at the University Of Technology Sydney, the conference provides an opportunity to see some of the exciting and leading-edge research being undertaken as part of our collaboration funded by Research England's International Investment Initiative (I3).
