Creating Connections Palliative Care Conference

Thank you to everyone who attended our Creating Connections Palliative Care Conference on 10 February 2021, jointly organised between our Wolfson Palliative Care Research Centre at the University of Hull, and the Centre for Improving Palliative, Aged and Chronic Care through Clinical Research and Translation (IMPACCT) at the University Of Technology Sydney.
It provided an opportunity to see some of the exciting and leading-edge research being undertaken as part of our collaboration funded by the Research England's International Investment Initiative (I3). The I3 builds on the established partnership between our both our research Centres.
The conference was funded by Research England International Investment Initiative (I3) grant AY 2019-2024.
