Biography

Prior to her employment at the HONEI (Humber, Obesity,Nutrition,Education and Innovation) project Liz worked for the NHS in the specialist fields of Oncology/Haematology, Nutrition support, Intensive Care and Sports Nutrition. 

The HONEI project specialised in offering bespoke functional food research & development. Working with industrial partners such as Boots, Yoplait, Nestle and Diet chef.

Now based at the Centre for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism Clinical Trials Unit, Hull Royal lnfirmary.

Liz is working on projects for the European Food Safety Authority, PCOS and Diabetes.
