Role at Hull York Medical School

I am conducting a 12-month Realist Synthesis in the SERENITY project to improve shared decision-making (across patient, family and clinician groups) on the use of anti-thrombotic therapies for cancer patients at the end of life.

I direct the Centre for Advancement in Realist Evaluation and Synthesis (CARES) and am a co-investigator and consultant on numerous realist projects including the SERENITY project. I run training workshops throughout the year on realist methodology.
