I'm here to conduct laboratory tests using a microwave device from a partner firm that could be used to treat PAD. The idea is to collect preliminary data that shows its use in this field.
I have spent 12 years in the field of bioanalysis/translational medicine, performing PK/TK, ADA, NAb, biomarker and potency assays to determine drug safety and efficacy on platforms including ELISA, Biacore, Gyrolab, MSD, and a number of cellular assays including FACs. I developed and validated new assays, and ran sample analysis, seeing projects through from plan writing to finalising reports and archiving. Often these were under GLP/GCP conditions, occasionally GMP.
