In memory of Dr Assem Allam

We are extremely saddened to hear of the passing of Dr Assem Allam. 

Dr Allam was a keen advocate of the Medical School and of health. His support over recent years has provided both facilities and funding which has enabled us to further develop our research – research which is of direct benefit to our local community here in Hull.  

The support he provided to establish the Health Campus at the University of Hull, including the Allam Medical Building, has also enabled us to provide world class training facilities to support the education of doctors and physician associates, as well as other health care professionals. 

We would like to extend our thoughts to his family and friends during this time.
